A good recipe for chocolate chip cookies?
Looking for the definitive recipe for chocolate chip cookies. Similar to Mrs. Fields cookies or Larry. I try to find a recipe that is cooked large, dense and smooth. Comments?
It's my turn to do something for the committee meeting tonight, a week, I have to attend. A few months ago I made my Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookies and everyone was raving about them since. When Secretary Commission announced that it was my turn again all said I should do my cookies again and also make the recipe. It was the first time that this Committee have agreed on anything! LOL My Ultimate cookie recipe chocolate chip recipe is adapted from my mother, but several key changes have been made (indicated in bold.) told me once before it is a bit like the recipe Mrs. Field, but I do not quite have the same consistency. * 1 stick unsalted butter 1 / 2 cup white sugar 1 / 2 cup brown sugar * 1 large egg, room temperature 2 tablespoons of Grade B syrup, Vermont maple cream 2 tablespoons milk * 2 ounces of grated chocolate milk * 1 1 / 2 cup oatmeal in the kitchen the first non - instant or fast! * 1 cup finely chopped walnuts * 1 bag Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate Chips * pinch of baking powder * 1 cup flour - * Pre moved pinch of salt Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
