The crucial importance of minerals for our health
Our bodies are literally composed of substances and elements of the Earth. Iron is vital for the production of hemoglobin, the red blood cell formation and oxygenation of red blood cells. Manganese, a Greek word for magic is needed to produce enzymes that are essential for the metabolism of proteins, lipids and glucose. Manganese promotes healthy bone, nerve, immune function and levels of blood glucose.
Potassium plays an important role in supporting our nervous system and natural heart rhythm. Potassium stabilizes blood pressure and aid in electrochemical transmissions. Potassium helps our cells to absorb nutrients. Potassium maintains healthy pH and muscle contraction.
