A question on the application of bare minerals?
Ok, so I saw my question before I watched this DVD supplied with the kit boot, but I'm still a little confused about the order that the substance is in Mostly I'm confused about the mineral veil cookie. Okay, so I just to buy the kit includes: heat two bare mineral foundations (and enough light), mineral veil, and bought the biscuit. My question is: when they apply it. Does the cookie will lay the foundation after or before? And you put mineral veil on the last? Thank you!
Some people put Concealer (Bisque) before the foundation, some, after being to avoid excessive application of concealer. I usually put before the foundation, except about how I put Makeup: 1. Bisque 2. Foundation 3. Blush (if desired) 4. Heat 5. Mineral Veil (put on last so you can "fix" the makeup) Also - if not sure to use the foundation, put a small band of two colors on the cheek and see which seems less. Colors can even be mixed to match your complexion individual.
