Decadent Raspberry Snowball Cake
When you really want to impress your family and your friends with your culinary talent, remove this recipe. This Decadent Raspberry Snowball Cake is very tasty and makes a beautiful presentation. Decadent SNOWBALL RASPBERRY CAKE
1 package (18 1 / 4 oz) White Cake Mix
3 cups flaked coconut, divided
6 squares (1 ounce of chocolate each) baking white
1 / cream 4 cup heavy
3 / 4 cup raspberry jam, seedless
1 cup softened butter
1 cup powdered sugar
Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Double 2 / 3 cup coconut cake mix. Pour the batter into two cake pans 9-round gold have been oiled. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from the kitchen. Cool completely on a rack.

In a small bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually stir in white chocolate mixture. Spread on top and sides of cake. Sprinkle remaining coconut on top of the cake and sides. Garnish with raspberries fresh in the center if desired. Add a dash of peppermint for fresh berries, even for a more colorful.
Note: If you do not mind leaving the aspect covered snow, you can roast the cococnut before covering the cake.
