New spectra Avon Mascara?
I do not understand how the dial? Anyone know? thanks xxx
It's supposed to be able to turn the dial on the bottom of the mask to change the amount of makeup out of the bottle. This changes the apparent size of the bottle neck. Avon Representatives themselves have said makes no difference what framework they use, so I ordered something for myself.
