There are many causes for dark circles under the eyes, the most common are: hereditary reasons, the more transparent your skin, an inheritance, more circles appear. It could also be that they inherited certain facial features (for example, if you have sunken eyes). Allergies - Allergies release histamine that causes hidden inflamed blood vessels. Nasal congestion - the veins of the eyes drain into the veins of the nose. If the nose is blocked, the veins around the eyes become more larger and darker. Medications - All medications you are taking the origin of blood vessels dilate, can cause dark circles to darken. Because the skin under eye is very delicate, any increase blood flow shows through the skin. Poor health - The appearance of dark circles may indicate problems or weakness of the activity kidney or liver. Sun exposure - exposure to sunlight, which triggers the pigment melanin in the skin to increase, could result in a more dark.
Iron deficiency - It is believed that the lack of mineral iron can cause dark circles too. Iron deficiency is the most common form of anemia and this condition is a sign that not getting enough oxygen to body tissues.
The treatment of dark circles under the eyes can be very difficult, especially for long-term symptoms. It is important to identify the underlying cause instead of wasting money on expensive creams that can actually cause more severe symptoms (for example, if you are allergic to any substance used in the latest cream). First-line treatment would be to obtain a complete test for allergies (both via inhalation and food tests). Improving lifestyle can benefit your health as well - try to reduce stress, sleep more and take vitamins and supplements. The lack of nutrients (egVitamin C, iron, vitamin K, folic acid) in the diet or lack of a balanced diet, can contribute to discoloration of the surface eyes. Vitamins C and K to strengthen the capillary walls and blood vessel walls. Avoid sugar, caffeine-rich beverages and alcohol. Drink plenty of water for at least eight glasses a day. Regular exercise is always good, cold water causes constriction of blood vessels and reduce swelling.
